Stars

When a family member completes a chore or routine, they may be awarded stars.

Stars are a good way to track progress: Winnovo Calendar will keep track of how many stars a family member has earned in their profile, and display it on the Calendar in the Rewards tab. When enough stars have been saved up, stars can be redeemed for rewards. 

Awarding Stars for Completed Tasks

When you create a task, you have the option of assigning stars to that task. These stars are awarded to a person’s profile when they complete a task.

Deciding how many stars to award for a particular task is up to you! You may want to award a handful of stars (five to ten stars) for daily routines to help build a habit over time, or award a large number of stars (one hundred stars!) for finishing a big, important chore.

Redeeming Stars for Rewards

When you create a reward, you will need to decide how many stars are needed to redeem the reward (any amount of stars between 1 and 500). When a family member spends stars to redeem a reward, these stars are removed from that person’s Profile and cannot be used for another reward.

Share with family & friends

You can share the same device code with family members or friends, multiple users can connect to one Winnovo Calendar to view, create, and manage schedules together.

Sync online calendars

Connect your Winnovo calendar to your existing online calendars - such as Google, Apple iCould, Yahoo, Cozi, outlook etc--- through the mobile app.

Once connected, any updates made to your online calendars will automatically appear on your Winnovo Calendar.

Photo display - photo frame

Your Winnovo Calendar supports photo display, allowing you to showcase your favorite moments alongside your schedules.

Upload and manage photos easily through the mobile app. No subscription is required for photo features.

Change a Profile Picture and Profile Color

Customize how Profiles appear in the companion Apps and on Winnovo Calendars by adding a Profile picture and changing the Profile color. 

Change a Profile picture in the Mobile App:

  1. Select Profiles.
  2. Select the Profile you want to change.

At the top of the Edit profile page, there are several options for setting the picture and color for the Profile.

Using the Meal Planner

Use theMealsicon to plan your family’s meals.  Everyone in your family will be able to check the meal plan, and meals will display on your Calendar in the Schedule view.

Viewing the Meal Plan

The default view of the meal plan displays:

  • The month and year of the current meal plan.
  • A menu of buttons.
  • A scrollable view of the meal plan, by day and date.
    Swipe up and down to see more of the meal plan.

Meal planning can handle up to four meal categories. By default, the meal planner uses the following four meal categories:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Snack

Use the Filter menu to show or hide meal categories, or rename them to suit your household schedule.

Keep Track of Recipes

You can view and manage all of your recipes.

Tap any meal to show the details of that recipe.

You can easily add/edit/change any receipes

Side kicks- import calendar through email

You can add events to your calendar by sending an Aimor email to the email address you created when registering the calendar.

How it works:

Simply send an email containing the event details, and the event will automatically appear on your calendar.

The calendar is not syncing. What should I do?

If your calendar is not syncing, please follow these steps:


  1. Check app compatibility

    Make sure calendar syncing is supported on the mobile app you are using.

  2. Update to the latest versions


    Calendar device: Update to firmware v1.0.51 or later


    iOS app: Update to v3.7.5 or later


    Android app: Update to v3.7.4 or later



  3. Confirm network connection

    Ensure that both the calendar device and your mobile phone are connected to a stable internet connection.

  4. Restart and retry

    After updating, restart both the device and the mobile app, then check if syncing resumes normally.

If the issue persists, please contact customer support for further assistance.

How do I restart the device?

You can restart the device using either of the following methods:


  • Unplug the DC power cable, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.

  • Press and hold the power button on the back of the device until it restarts.
